Service and billing

Recurring residential service is billed monthly on the 1st day of the month for the services scheduled that month. Payment is due on receipt: your card on file is charged automatically on the 1st. You can view or download every invoice in your secure online client portal. Your first month is pro-rated from your start date. You can pause or cancel anytime by calling or texting 434-374-1120. To cancel, contact us no later than the last day of the month before the month you want to stop service. Cards are charged on the 1st, and once a payment goes through we don't offer refunds. If you forget to let us know in time, we'll gladly finish out the month you've paid for.

Promotions

1st cleaning FREE: Free first cleaning applies to new residential customers on weekly or every-other-week plans. It does not apply to one-time cleanups or commercial service, and it can't be combined with other offers unless we say so.

Text messages

If you opt in, Dr. Doggie Doo may text and call you about your service and offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
